With operations in seven South African locations and a presence in Namibia, Kevro employs approximately 760 people and serves a diverse client base, including businesses, sports clubs, and institutions.
Ethos’ involvement, through its Fund VI, underscores its confidence in Kevro’s experienced management team and the company’s robust business model. The investment consortium, which also includes RMB Ventures and RMB Corvest, was selected for its deep understanding of the market and strong relationship with Kevro’s leadership. The partnership aims to accelerate Kevro’s growth in South Africa while expanding its footprint in sub-Saharan Africa and entering new product categories.
